The mission of Savor the Word Ministries is to enthusiastically stir up the Body of Christ with a passion to know God's Word by equipping and encouraging believers in the power of scripture memorization, so that the living, breathing, Word of God becomes contagious.

Born in Ashland, KY, Crista has been married 18 years to her husband Chris and is a step-mother to one son. She is a small group Bible study leader, has taught with husband Chris in youth ministry, active in visitation, and resided for four years as an elder of her church. She has memorized five complete books of the Bible as well as Psalm 1, 91, 92, 119, and counting. She is currently attending Willmington School of the Bible at Liberty University. Her favorite activities include walking, aerobics and travel. Ultimately, memorizing Scripture is her heart’s delight as well as spending quality time with her 5 year old niece.

Born and raised in Huntington, WV. Vicky has been married 39 years to her husband Steve and is a mother of three sons. She has been the Leader of a small group Bible study for 18 years. She has memorized eight complete books of the Bible as well as the first three chapters of Genesis, Psalm 1, 15, 23, 93-100, 119, and counting. Her favorite activities include road cycling, tennis, working out at the local Y, pickleball and going to the beach. Spending time with her two grand daughters is high on her list of priorities. Her ultimate joy is, of course, memorizing God’s Word.
